Team Activity: Peer Review. Due by Day 7. This week you will evaluate some of your peers’ online courses. You will be evaluating two or three of your peer’s online courses. Your instructor will let you know whose courses you will be reviewing. Once notified by your instructor, email the individuals you have been paired up with, exchange CourseSite information, and add each other to your courses. 
Conduct Your Review 
• Here you will be using the Quality Online Course Initiative (QOCI) Rubric developed by the Illinois Online Network (ION). For this activity use the following version of the rubric: Abbreviated QOCI Rubric for EDU609 (Note that some sections are crossed out. Students will not be responsible for demonstrating those elements in their online courses for this class.) 
• Rate your peer’s course using the rating scale provided in the rubric. 1 = Non-Existent 2 = Developing 3 = Meets 4 = Exceeds 
• Provide a comment for each item. Why did you think they did a good job on that item? Or if given a low rating, what could they have done to improve that element? Each item must have a comment or be marked N/A for Not Applicable. Think of yourself as an online instructor who is giving a student formative feedback for their final assignment. 
• Tally all items to provide a final score at the bottom of the rubric. 
• Provide a final analysis and summary of your evaluation. Include any priorities or general suggestions 
they could incorporate to make a great course at the bottom of the QOCI rubric 
Submit Your Completed Checklists to your Peers 
About Team work. This is a team project. You must get your course link to your peers in time for them to evaluate your course before the end of this week. And you must get your evaluation to them by the end of this week. You will be graded on your ability to connect with your team members and provide them access to your course in a timely manner. You will also be scored on whether you returned their evaluations before Sunday of this week.
